My project was a big project consisting of installation of approximately 40 pier piles, pin piles and helical piles to my foundation, in order to better anchor my home to the bedrock (I live on a hill). I was EXTREMELY nervous about the project and planned for it for a year and a half. Brian consistently calmed my fears every step of the way, and each time I had a question, he took as much time as needed to give me all the answers and reassure me. When my project finally occurred last week, I was immediately comforted by the presence of the crew - Alex, Iuri and Luis. The house is not level and now Iâ  m seeking options to fix this whole debacle. Ram Jack West is sales based, not service based.
