"We had about 2000 square feet of wood installed by Dorel in 2016. We were very satisfied with the quality of work, attention to detail, responsiveness to our concerns and wishes, and professionalism. We interviewed multiple installers and were most impressed with Dorel from the beginning. We wanted to avoid T-moldings at tile-wood junctions, and he did an outstanding job with this request, using reducer moldings or slanting boards to create clean and smooth transitions. Where the wood flooring came up against the fireplace base, and along the stairs (where the junctions would not be hidden by an overlapping baseboard), his precision cuts resulted in very clean tight junctions. We also wanted to reuse our baseboards, and he did so with a very clean outcome. You are unlikely to find better craftsmanship by another installer. He exceeded our high expectations and we would definitely use him again."

"I was very pleased with Best Wood Flooring and Design. Fast Service and on time. Steve did a great job and my new hardwood floor looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Best Wood Flooring and Design."

"We needed to replace our old flooring. BFA Flooring Company responded quickly and in a timely manner to our request. In addition to the high-quality installation of floor coverings, we had a professional preparation of the floor coated with a waterproof layer so that there would be no moisture and mold in the future. Repair, preparation and installation were done very quickly, with high quality, for which we are very grateful to these guys and can recommend them to other home owners"

"Excellent service from start to finish. He ground my demo floor thoroughly in preparation for the install, kept me updated throughout, and was courteous and punctual. The workmanship was top-notch and the site was left clean. Highly recommend for anyone needing floor prep or installation work. I don’t have a photo because drywallers have the floor covered up currently, but it’s basically perfectly ground and ready. Hire Nik if you want the job done right the first time and for a fair price."

"The crew moved quickly to complete my project and get my kitchen update back on track."

"Very responsive to the initial request. He came out promptly and gave an estimate. He followed up in writing. He showed up on time every day and communicated with us as needed. The job took longer than estimated but he completed it as soon as he could and honored his original estimate. He provided good quality work. He cleaned up the area daily and was safe with Covid-19 precautions."

"Carpet was removed creating a dust storm in my home. MC outsources the work to an independent contractor from Vallejo (120 miles away). They didn't bring a vacuum or any way to cover my furniture, not was I advised to prepare for dust. I used my own vacuum and lent it to the installer. MC failed to consult me on wall moulding, and the installer left me with a mess. The walls and used moulding had to be completely repainted costing me another $2000. I complained to MC about squeaks in the stairs and missing caulking. They sent the installer back out, and he said he was going to buy some caulking, and I never saw him again. All in all I wish I would have gone with the bid from Lowe's."
