Gary inspected the entire roof, took several pictures and walked me through the type of roof I had. He did notice a minor defect and offered to fix it but ended up advising me on how to fix it which was gladly welcomed. In the end, there was no charge and I walked away a whole lot more educated. I have a steep (12 over 12), light-weight, concrete tile roof that is no longer manufactured. I had one company give me an estimate and then back out of doing the work.
