Not only did they clean the chimney but they put in the liner and a new outside cap put on as the other came off with the high winds we had. This was in February 2019; they did an excellent job, were on time and very helpful; cleaned up better than the basement area looked before they came in. Informed me that since I had converted to gas and with the new liner didn't need cleaning again as gas is clean and efficient.
