It was during a weekend of heavy downfall and my wife discovered a small leak in our upstairs bedroom moments before leaving for the weekend. We called four roofing companies, all giving us at least 4 or 5 days wait time until they could help us. My call to James was completely different. He understood the amount of rain we were getting and came over right away to take a look at our roof. Even though we were not home, James found the cause for the leak, repaired it, and on his way down from the roof, decided to clear out my gutters. It was an unbelievable act of generosity that quickly earned future business. We then turned to Ultimate Remodelers to install a new front door and, much like our previous experience, everything was done professionally and timely. The door was installed in a day and James and his company went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Whether that was picking up the door themselves from Menards or responding quickly with texts, I knew that my satisfaction was their top priority.
