Daniel asked again, ?Is there anything else I can do for you??. I politely expressed concerns from the original work. We scheduled it, and then he asked for a $75 ?house call? fee, which I refused. I already paid for the work I needed finished. He said, ?okay?? Daniel did not show up. I left a voicemail asking if he was still arriving. I sent him a text. The text was ?read? and never answered. Now I?m left with a crusty smudge on my wall, and excess caulk in my bathtub that I did not ask for. This person started out seemingly kind and ?fair?. He told me to pay what I thought was ?fair?. Then he no-showed on me over his expectation to collect house call fees. "
