"I called Archer to clean my upholstery, one of which was stained with recent cat urine. Rob, the owner, showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was professional and quickly but thoroughly completely the job. My sofa shows no signs of stains and the smell has vanished significantly. All 4 pieces are very clean and look like new! When he was finished, he advised me as to the upkeep of furniture and even gave me recommendations on replacing the sofa cushions when needed! Rob was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I highly recommend."

The rug had never been professionally cleaned before and was extremely dirty. Worst of all, it had been in my sisters damp basement for 3 years before she gave it to me. The rug didn't have any stains, but it was very dirty and smelled so awful that I didn't think there was any hope for it. I was literally shocked when the Karastan was returned a month later - bright and clean, with NO ODOR. Miraculous! If they could get that clean, I imagine they could clean most anything. Better yet, the cost was less than the estimate I'd gotten elsewhere. It was great to work with a small local business rather than a national company.
