"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."

"I have to say, after going thru 2 previous companies , Wolf Clan was an absolute God send. They were able to install and repair the damage done by the previous contractor in regards to our storm door. Unfortunately the improper installation done by the previous contractor required us to get a new door, but Mike and Chris were able to fix the damage and installed our new door. We no longer have a huge gap on the top !!. They also stripped all of the floor grout in the bathroom ( again done poorly by previous contactor ) and restore it to it's original beauty. Everyone thought we got a new floor!! The painting and drywall repair in our kitchen, done by Brian is flawless. They also stretched our carpet to repair a huge piece in front of our door that was damaged by our dog. Saved us from having to buy a new carpet.
