"This review is long overdue, but, I wanted to really praise these gentlemen for the work they did for me. Summer 2018, I had previously hired another contractor and the work was very poor and I was forced to look elsewhere to save my project. Then came ISL Progress to the rescue! They stepped in transformed a dead space into a masterpiece. I now have 2 beautiful bedrooms where there was a dreary and unwelcoming area. A brand new bathroom, kitchenette, hardwood doors, laminate flooring, perfectly cut molding, lighting, drainage, vents, etc... etc.. I have received numerous compliments for the work, but, all credit is due to these gentlemen who were willing to work with me under some challenging circumstances. I highly recommend the ISL Progress team. They are professional and genuinely good people. Will definitely use them again!"

"Hired John to repair an exterior light fixture. I didn’t want to replace it, and John was able to replace the socket in the fixture. He didn’t push me toward costlier services than I needed. He was quick and had all the parts handy. I also hired him to assemble and install a ceiling fan (replacing a light fixture). He offered a few options for how to wire it and control it from light switches, with remotes, etc. The final choice worked fine and it’s running well with no wobbling. I will hire him again to install a fan in another room, and other electrical projects when needed. (I didn’t rate him on price because I didn’t compare prices before hiring him — I hired him based on his reputation, and am glad I did.)"

"Melichar's electrician texted in advance of arriving on time to repair a partially broken bathroom fixture installed by another contractor.  He said he would order the part to repair it.  Several days later Mr. Melichar phoned me to say that parts were not available- we could either order a new light or install parts from another light.  The latter would run up labor costs.  I decided on a new fixture.  He gave me an excellent price and installed it within a week.  The electricians were punctual leaving the bathroom spotless.  Excellent and very professional. <br />"

"They contacted me for scheduling after I had purchased the deal and it was really good. The technician was very professional, neat, and wore booties over his shoes when in my house. I ended up paying an additional $100 for the work. Instead of basing the time that the technician was there, they base it upon the time they have already assigned for lighting installation jobs. One technician came out for the work and was there for about an hour and a half. Most of time was spent analyzing the job and writing out an estimate and pitching having them re-do my entire electrical system. The job of installing and replacing the lighting fixtures did not take long at all. I had thought that I wouldn’t even use the full $299 included in the deal for the work. They did a professional job on the work and the lights work fine."

"Can’t speak more highly about the services these people provided. Jimmy (James?) was professional, timely and reasonable. My circuit breaker kept tripping and I was putting off fixing it until one day I wasn’t able to reset it anymore. I called Sunbird and I’m glad I did. Come to find out that it was because the box needed to be replaced. Jimmy came promptly and showed me I even had signs or small electrical fires in there. There were little char marks next to the switches. Can you imagine if I left it!? Regardless, Jimmy set me straight and hopefully now my house and family are safe. Highly Recommended!"
