"I called the company. Currently they charge $129.95 to come out and diagnose the problem, which is non refundable if you do no use their services. I asked what happens if the failed part was still under warranty for parts and labor (which mine is). They do not do work for "other companies", and if the part is still under warranty they will not do the job. So I can't rate the quality of their work. I guess you have the right to select what work you will and won't do, but I thought other potential customers out there considering this service provider would find this information useful."
