When I mentioned to his workers, the next day he brought topsoil with a lot of wood particles and other stuff which is known to suffocate grass seed. Its been about 6 weeks now and the lawn is patchy because of the poor quality of the soil (stony and full of chips). I called to discuss it with him, he said he would return my call but he never did. Now I'm left trying to figure out how to fix it. On a positive note, they did come on time and workers were polite."

"Very professional and excellent service from the initial service call request to the quote appointment to the actual tree service project day. We have used Appalachian Tree Services for multiple tree service projects and have been very satisfied with their service each and every time. "The tree was big and very close to my house but they took it out without a problem! They took it out as close to the ground as possible and cleaned up after. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again when I need trees removed."

"After many delays due to weather they started on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and worked til 6pm. They returned early Saturday morning and completed the tree removal and cleanup by 6pm Saturday. Stump grinding happened on Monday. Given the big job and complicated nature of the project (12 trees), some of the grounds were torn up but again given the size of the job, it was understandable. Clean up could have been better but mostly everything was professionally done. I'd use them again.
