"I called on a Friday looking for a quote and they said someone would be out the next day. They called about 11:00 and said they would be there in about five minutes. They came by and gave me a quote of $125 and we scheduled it for Wednesday. They called about 10:30 and were out about 5 minutes later. They installed an oversized drop rod they made at their shop and decided the latch I bought was too flimsy and suggested I return it and get my money back as they did not open it. They then ran back to the shop and got a stronger one and installed that at no extra charge. I now have a working gate that is accessable from both sides."

He came out personally to see the job site and gave me a written estimate on the spot for cedar (base price) or redwood (upcharge) based on how many liner feet of fence I needed. The price was very competitive and included removal of the old chain link including cement posts. He was also willing to work with me to design a unique fence as I wanted horizontal slats, not typical vertical fencing. <br /> He showed up with his crew on the first day of the job to make sure everyone understood what I wanted, since this was a unique design. He left after a few hours and they finished the entire job in less than two full days, including cleaning up.
