"One year ago we had your roof repair and sealed. In the process of selling we to do a few minor repairs on your cedar roof. We set up to have Chad come over to look at the repairs and set up a time when they can do the repairs. After looking at what was needed to be the done Chad told me he could do the repairs at that moment. After an hour of his time he told me that there would be no cost for the repairs.
