"Cost quoted is for labor only. We purchased stairs and door and Jeff did the installations. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Jeff showed how to change out screen door with storm door. Cleaned up area on completion. Additional work experiences: 8/8/13. $205.00. Installed new toilet 11/21/13. $60.00. Repaired lamp which was previously non-functional 5/28/14. $154.00. Faucet installation 2/8/16. Invoice not submitted yet for new toilet installation Have used LDR several times and would not hesitate to use again. Easy email scheduling and communication with Terri in office. They make every attempt to be accommodating - for the 8/13 toilet install, Jeff and his son came in the evening after a full day's work on another job. I had a family party scheduled for the following day and would have had to tell an elderly relative that the only bathroom available was on the 2nd floor - she would be unable to manage the stairs and would not have come. Related this to Jeff and they made the time. <br />"

"Victor was a true professional. he takes a lot of pride regarding the final product and walked me through his process and how he planmed.to clean the entire vent network.. in addition to driving an hour to perform the service, Victor showed up promptly at 9 am and spent several hours cleaning the system with high end specialized equipment. he was very personable and a pleasure to have preforming the service. Victor and his team were very clean and placed tarps throughout the house leaving the house just as he found it. Given the short cuts and ease with which a larger company could rush and skip over difficult areas it was very comforting to see Victor's focus on thoroughly cleaning the system and his insistence that it was very important to keep a clean system for the health and well being of the homeowners."

"All good. Curt's estimate was reasonable, although he warned that we might have to wait a bit as he was busy. But all we wanted was drywall hung quickly with little finish work, and he made time during off-hours and a weekend day. He recommended against our plan (using ply) since it was an unsafe solution (no thermal barrier) and would violate code (we didn't care, but good to know and we felt a bit safer doing it that way). Curt is a pleasant, knowledgable guy, and did good work; we have no complaints and will be happy to hire him again. And we made the deadline."

"So far so good, but no work has been done yet.  In reality they are like many other vendors.  You give them your budget and your wish list; they come back with a couple of proposals the first of which is way out of your price range but you don't know that until you get all excited about what you are going to get.  That is irritating because that is a waste of my time but once we reiterated our budget we got back down to reality.  I'll come back and write another review once the work is completed. <br />"

"We had a pipe burst, causing a minor flood, saturating the carpeting in a room in our finished basement and running into the crawlspace beneath our stairs.  I contacted PuroClean around 7:00 p.m. and was immediately connected with a live person on the other end who put me in touch with one of their techs.  After explaining our problem, he said he could come by in about 90 minutes.  Within 10-15 minutes, I received a callback from Andrew Rankel (Owner), who indicated he was close by and could come over even sooner to assess the damage.  Andrew arrived within 30 minutes and reviewed the water damage, helped me move some items out of the way, and contacted his techs to apprise them of what they would need to do when they arrived.  The techs arrived around 30 minutes later and explained what they would be doing and then set to work.  They were quick and efficient, putting the furniture up on blocks, extracting the water, going into our crawlspace to inspect and remove insulation that had gotten wet, and then setting up several driers and a dehumidifier.  This required running an extension cord across a small hallway and plastic tubing from the dehumidifier to the bathroom sink.  When I expressed my concern about trip hazards, particularly with my elderly parents in residence, the techs were very quick to tape everything down.  From the time I called to when everything was done was approximately 3 hours--fantastic!  I was advised that it would take 2-3 days for the driers and dehumidifier running 24/7 to dry the carpet.  Andrew stopped by each day to check on the equipment and the moisture levels.  The equipment was removed in 2-1/2 days and then Andrew arranged to have someone come in and clean the carpet a few days later.  After the cleaning was completed, Andrew came by again and inspected the carpet, made sure we had no questions and were satisfied with the job.  I'm not sure what the exact cost was because PuroClean billed the insurance company directly, so there was no out-of-pocket expense while we waited to be reimbursed.  Although no one wants to have to go through something like this, I have to say that Andrew and his crew at PuroClean made it a lot less painful by being so quick to respond and doing such a great job.  Andrew was very conscientious and hands-on, and I greatly appreciated his personal attention to the job and making sure that everything went smoothly and to our satisfaction.  While I hope we never need their services again, it's good to know that they're there if something happens and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.  I highly recommend PuroClean--check out their website for more information on their services. <br />"
