"I worked with Mike at Enzyme Life Sciences, who was very responsive throughout the entire bat extraction process.  From the start, Mike made it clear that his primary focus is on the clean up of the bat droppings using his enzyme formula.   <br /> I had done my research into the bat extraction process prior to working with Mike, and was surprised that he did not have a plan that coincided with what I had read.  Either way, I decided to trust Mike, and his expertise, and worked with him through this bat extraction process. <br /> The exterior of the structure was sealed up using caulk and spray foam.  The spray foam was sanded away and its remnants can still be found in various places throughout my lawn.  This isn't entirely terrible, though it does remind me of how unsightly some of the yellow spray foam is on the outside of my house.   <br /> Mike also used a wire mesh to fill in larger openings, as well as to construct one-way extraction traps to allow bats to freely leave the structure.  There was a piece of wood that needed to be replaced, which Mike did replace, though it wasn't painted and was left for me to remedy.  This isn't necessarily a deal breaker, though my expectation would be that the exterior of the house would look the same, if not slightly better, after working through this bat extraction process with Enzyme Life Sciences. <br /> Throughout the entire process it was clear that Mike's company focuses on the enzyme treatment.  Mike made working with him and his schedule easy, as he was super responsive from start to finish. <br />"

"Victor was a true professional. he takes a lot of pride regarding the final product and walked me through his process and how he planmed.to clean the entire vent network.. in addition to driving an hour to perform the service, Victor showed up promptly at 9 am and spent several hours cleaning the system with high end specialized equipment. he was very personable and a pleasure to have preforming the service. Victor and his team were very clean and placed tarps throughout the house leaving the house just as he found it. Given the short cuts and ease with which a larger company could rush and skip over difficult areas it was very comforting to see Victor's focus on thoroughly cleaning the system and his insistence that it was very important to keep a clean system for the health and well being of the homeowners."

"We got home from work on Monday night and found that the upstairs gas furnace had not turned on all evening, so it was 65 degrees and dropping.  We could have just bundled up and called someone in the morning, but our 2 year-old is not good at staying under his blanket.  So we called Chris's emergency line and left a message.  He called back within 5 minutes and he was very clear about all of our options.  He could come that night, but then the diagnostic fee of $100 would be increased to $300 for emergency.  He even admitted that in many cases, he wouldn't have the proper part to fix it in his van and would need to wait until morning for the stores to open and would need to return then to complete the repair.  No pressure and no sales tactics, just straight talk.  I agreed to have him come out, mainly because if there was a chance he could fix it then I wouldn't have to stay home from work the next day. <br /> He and his wife Tina were at our house within an hour.  It took about 15 minutes for them to diagnose that one of the hoses had crud built up in it, so he cleaned that out and tested the fix, spending a total of about 30 minutes in the house.  He charged $50 for labor, I gave him a check, and they were off. <br /> Overall a very pleasant experience, and I'd be happy to have them come back for all my furnace and A/C needs in the future. <br />"

"Two rugs were fine but one didn't appear clean. I called them and they sent someone to pick up thr second rug. They cleaned and returned it. U I have used them in past and have been satisfied. <br />"
