"The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

"This is a highly skilled team - professional, courteous and friendly. They did everything they promised on time, before deadline and beautifully. Daily communications and check ins to make sure the work was satisfactory and always left the place neat and tidy. They designed a new outdoor patio, front walkway, new driveway, put in a drainage system and finished off with mulch. I highly recommend this company!"

"Roberto’s did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them. They were responsive and even came by on the same day to review the project. Jose was attentive to our wishes and made some insightful suggestions that we absolutely agreed with. His team came the very next day to remove the grass that had died during our exterior remodel. They thoroughly prepared the yard and took care not to disturb our existing plants. They approached the work thoughtfully and carefully. They then came back and did a masterful job of installing sod, cobblestone edging, and gravel installation into our planter beds. The yard looks amazing and we were thrilled with their work. I’d definitely bring them back to do any further work needed."

"Sam's Masonry was great! Sam promptly came to the property to look at the job and quickly turned around a price quote. Sam's prices are VERY competitive and a great value for the quality of work performed. Over the course of two days, Sam was able to remove all the old mortar and caulking, clean the stairs, and replace the mortar with new cement. He was also able to cement some bricks on the sidewalk and help pitch the water away from the building. It worked perfectly! We look forward to working with Sam again!"

"Excellent, was on time and perfect. Stonecare and Their team (sorry, forgot their name) were even able to lift the concrete wall and it was done perfectly. They even caulked around the entire area, cleaned it out etc. Used hydraulic lift to lift it and then put the foundation repair compound. THank you."

"Murray Masonry did an excellent job and was easy to work with. The crew assigned to the job was extremely professional, did high quality work, and showed up and finished on the time frame agreed. Communication was excellent and the crew even worked around an early season snow storm without allowing it to slow them down. Not the lowest price quote I received but still a fair and reasonable price. You get what you pay for!"
