"Unfortunately they were a day late showing up and when they did finally show up a day later their equipment didn’t work which delayed the project by another half day. I didn’t receive any type of apology for the inconvenience. Everything had to be out of my garage for an extra day in the elements and when you live in an HOA, this is especially frowned upon. When I expressed my frustration to the owner on two separate occasions at the time it happened and when they processed my final invoice, I didn’t receive so much as as an acknowledgment of the concerns let alone an apology - especially disappointing when they tout how they are family owned and involved in the day to day operations. For these reasons, unfortunately I cannot in good faith recommend Superior Garage Floor."

"After finding this company on Angie's List, I contacted them via their web page.  The next morning, the owner called to follow-up with an estimate for a new garage door opener.  He scheduled the appointment for the following morning.  The technician called the morning of the appointment to tell me he was on his way.  He arrived on time and installed the new opener on the single bay within a couple of hours.  He even adjusted and lubricated the garage door & opener on the 2-car garage bay and set the new garage door opener to open both garage doors, without charging anything additional.  The price was exactly what was quoted. The owner and technician were both professional, friendly and helpful.  I think we got a good value for the money and excellent service.  I couldn't be happier. <br />"
