They came to my house and sent a non-english speaking person, who did not understand laying the process, someone contacted me and convinced my that the person was just there for me to pick out the turf that I wanted, and that was on 2/20/2026. The owner, Brian Ortega, convinced me of the process and had his customer service Rep, Andrew Kirschner, convince me that since they were verified and certified through Angi's list, i could trust them. They cancelled several start dates, the last date was 3/13/2026 at 9a, again a no show, with no notice or reason, two times before I had to place my dogs in day care so they could start so I lost $236 trying to plan for arrival and now this is the 3rd time. I am disputing this company and hope Angis list pulls them off their applicable pros list. Since then, I was notified, that NA Turf is not a reputable company, and is currently undergoing civil suit for unprofessional services. Do not hire."
