"Marilyn and her team were GREAT! We had a lot of clutter in our house. Some people would say it was a "Hoarders Paradise" minus the food and garbage. Marilyn and her team helped us with a "to do" list to start. She helped and guided us on what needed to be stored and what we could keep in the house. Marilyn and her team helped us to pack up everything. She spoke with our young children about what toys and other things were important to them to have at the house and how and where they could be kept for viewings as well as what could be stored away and not be missed by them. Marilyn and her team even helped us to take things to storage. And trust me, we had a lot! Marilyn also helped with staging our house for sale by using some of the things we had as well as bringing in some of her own things. "When we purchased the Market Ready service from TNTS through Angie's List back in December 2014, I expected that our $89 would buy us a visit from someone who would simply walk through our home and point out things that, if improved, would make our home ready to be put on the market for sale. However, when Brandon and Leslie arrived, they exceeded every expectation we had! A Black-owned business, local to Milton (our hometown), a man with significant contracting experience, savvy, and extremely persuasive. By the time he left, we felt TNTS was our dream come true. Finally, someone who would get into the boat with us! TNTS would have as much interest in preparing our home for sale, selling it, and purchasing a new home for us as we did ourselves

Our only disappointment was their inexperience working with large insurance claims. By February, our home was severely damage by ice dams. We were never able to enter into a contract to renovate our home and make it ready for sale.

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
