"We had a great experience with Malone Plumbing and Heating. We recently purchased a home that uses oil heat and has a tankless hot water system that was failing. Additionally the expansion tank was failing causing the pressure valve to being to fail. Tom was very professional, prompt and provided a detailed and comprehensive quote in writing. We did not feel pressured to make a decision and felt that we were well informed regarding the job before work began. Jim, who works in the office is great. He responded quickly to our concerns and questions and was very clear in his communication. The job was completed by Eric and Josh who both did a great job!
