"Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable. I recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed. :-)"

"It went well except for the fact that they tore up a separate section that was a separate wooden section. I didn't realize it until work was done. My main issue is that I have two large pieces of wood with nails sticking out. One piece I could return to its original place but it is too heavy for me to do on my own."
