He was on time, called to confirm the appointment the day before and was very conscientious throughout the work. He was done in about 2 hours and gave me some additional tips about how to keep it looking great, a different drain cover to use and cleaning tips to keep it looking like new. His price was excellent as well and he left the bathroom cleaner than when he arrived.
