"Sammson Concrete did an excellent job. My village is particularly difficult with concrete code and has some laws that I don't necessarily agree with with regards to reinforcement of concrete. Throughout the process I always felt like Sammson concrete had my best interest in mind, and went out of their way to ensure the best job possible would be performed. The driveway and garage came out looking great, and I think with a lesser company I may not have had such an easy time getting quality work done."

"The project went better than expected and the owner Todd gave us great suggestions that made our courtyard better than we ever imagined it would be. We almost went with brick pavers and I would have to say we made the best decision with the stamped concrete, not only does it look like individual tiles but there are no weeds growing between the bricks."

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"Terrific work from Mike and his entire team. From the beginning Mike was very timely in his responsiveness, he outlined a detailed scope of work including his approach to the full roof replacement and choices for materials at various price points. We had to delay our project by several months because of cold temps; he followed up as soon as possible int he Spring to get started. He completed the permitting process, communicated a clear work schedule and was courteous to our neighbors during the entire projects. We were very impressed with how hard his entire team worked to complete the project ahead of schedule despite many unforseen issues that came up during the demolition phase. he clearly communicated all of these with us so we could make adjustments quickly and still finish the project on time. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and would recommend Mike and his entire team."

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for concrete work. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!"
