"I wanted to install a stone patio but had water and drainage problems. They took care of everything. They installed a dry well and thereâ s a lot of pipes they installed under the new patio and the lawn. The patio is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The even tightened up the staircase to the deck by installing a concrete step hidden under the staircase so it isnâ t noticeable but strengthened and secured the staircase. The first step of the staircase is now a granite step - a nice surprise - which will add years to my staircase. On their way out they added grass seed to the lawn - again an unexpected surprise. Finally I just want to say the team was extraordinary hard working. They showed up when they said they would, and often stayed till 7pm. I would hire them again - they are amazing!"

"This is the second time we have hired Natural Path Landscaping for masonry work. We initially hired them in 2020 for a massive job of replacing a 80 foot wooden retaining wall, wooden stairs and brick patio with a Techo-Bloc wall, granite stairs and a permeable paver patio. During the planning stage, they provided us with a detailed CAD design drawing and a detailed price estimate which included a complete description of the work. They did a great job on this project… it looks beautiful! We recently hired them again in 2023 to replace our existing front brick walkway and concrete stairs with granite stairs and a curved permeable paver walkway. They also created an underground drainage system that redirects water buildup in the walkway (which was always a past problem) to the house downspout drain. The walkway and stairs look great and there is no more huge puddles at the foot of our stairs thanks to the new drainage system! The crew at Natural Path Landscaping were professional and always in communication with us regarding each project’s progress. "Jason surpassed all competitors and my wildest expectations with respect to price, quality, and speed in which he constructed the front steps with stone work integrated into the facade and granite treads. I had already been informed that once demolished, my new staircase would need to include an additional step in order to be up to code. I had two quotes, and got Kirby's number from a neighbor that had a very impressive staircase recently constructed. Jason's quote was more than $1,000 below the previous lowest estimate, which I liked immediately, but he also demolished my old staircase and constructed a beautiful new one with the additional step, and completed all pointing of my stonework surrounding the stairs in a SINGLE DAY. When it was clear it was going to rain that day, he said "No problem" and built a tent around the workspace in order to complete the job. As if all that weren't enough, I had asked he incorporate a number of stones that matched the foundation of my porch into the stairs and he did it beautifully. I am happy to write him a detailed review on Angie's List which is the only thing he asked for in return. "Some water was getting into my basement. I couldn't identify how the water was getting in. So I started contacting all these basement companies. Each one was telling me (based on a video I shot of the issue) that they couldn't help me. At first Luke with Attack a Crack said that, but he was prompt to get back to me, and he suggested that I talk to a handyman. (Other companies didn't give me suggestions). I said the handyman doesn't feel comfortable fixing it. So Luke suggested that I take some pictures of the issue. I sent him pictures and based on my pictures he told me where he thinks the leak/crack is coming from. He was very specific too. He said its coming from your front porch step, not one step below. And sure enough, I lifted up the mat on the front porch and there was a crack in the foundation. (I poured a cup of water over the crack and it started to leak into the basement. We've found the culprit!) He was so patient with me, and allowed me to ask all these questions. And he let me send all these pictures via text. Which saves both of us a lot of time."
