"After calling a number of contractors for quotes on this project, we decided to go with KFG, as the pictures of Kevin's work looked really good, and he was extremely responsive and professional when I reached out to him to come take a look at the job ad provide a estimate. He came out very quickly and followed up with a quote. He was very helpful in discussing options and providing his input to help decide on some details of the project. It did take a little longer than expected to get started, but the weather is an uncontrollable factor and he was very good about answering questions and providing updates. "Omar of Green Valley has been a gem of a find! Our brick patio is perfectly finished and leveled for appropriate water drainage. It’s a beautiful site. We always get compliments about it. Size is about 15x15. Omar and crew finished the job in about three days and he came back on the fourth day to make final touches and inspect that everything was in order. He also finished and painted our back stairs and doors. He patched up areas where the wood was cracked. It looks like new now and his pace of work was speedy too. I love that he always comes back the next day to tidy up and report on left over materials and checks in about satisfaction. In addition to Omar’s impeccable work he is also a lovely person that you’ll like having around. He’s a dedicated family man that has a kind a gentle disposition. "We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "We hired Set in Stone to create a new patio, pool deck (including new pool coping), front patio, front door step, stone outdoor kitchen, stone sitting wall, and stone firepit. We couldn't be happier with the results! numerous people have commented that our backyard looks like a 5 star resort. Ray and his team were beyond excellent. Ray was on site regularly and went above and beyond in every way. He even adjusted certain things that took extra time and work (details that we would have never noticed or considered) because it was the right way to do it. During one of our first consultations with Ray we asked "where do you buy the stone?" thinking there would be a catalog or something. He said "from the ground.....when we dig them up, we use them somewhere" the result is a beautiful and natural end product.
