"Beantown was really great to work with. We had all old shingles,tar paper and trim removed and had a window replaced. The new window was slightly bigger then the old one. It was no problem for the crew to install. The crews were punctual,respectful, knowledgeable and responsible. All old exterior siding was stripped, any rot found was dealt with, cleaned up at the end of each day. There was rot directly under the front door. The far corner of garage had massive rotting from years worth of small animals and ants.They were able to repair all areas without any problem. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The materials were, are of great quality. They applied for and got the work permit from the town. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered. Arranged for an electrician to come and remove exterior lights,meter and cables from house. We were told what and when things were going to happen. They have an attention to detail. The work included: Shingles,trim boards,tar paper, all nails pulled,wrapped entire house & detached garage in 2 different wraps, installed the new window, new siding & trim on both , new dryer and bathroom vent covers, new gutters and downspouts. They also boxed in the metal chimney pipe. Electrician came back and re attached meter,cables,etc to house. They also put up new lights we had picked out.The job was started on a Tuesday. Everything was completed 7 business days later. Our house went from the ugliest in the neighborhood to the most beautiful. We are still in awe of how nice it came out. I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. "Very well. Work was done on schedule, in less time than estimated, and excellent quality. Nothing had to be redone or corrected. The two crew members worked steadily and quietly- no loud radios, etc. Most important, their work was excellent- everything painted to perfection."

"I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done by Robert Evans Jr. Contracting. The price was fair, the work was exceptional. The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the entire site before leaving. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact I had a date for a visit to review the project and provide an estimate. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. The crew arrived exactly two weeks later and at the end of the first day all of the original roof was stripped and 80% of the installation of the underlayment, shingles and trim was complete. They finished on day two, and after they finished the entire crew did a site walk around looking for anything they had missed. "Generally, I was pleased with the work. There were some scheduling issues (scheduled to start on a day, but didn't read through the texts to confirm, so didn't show up that day), but once they started the work, it was done in relatively good time. There was a pricing issue as well, in that we had contracted to have the siding repaired and replaced, but we didn't notice that the estimate did not include painting. When we asked about painting, we were told it was no problem. Once we received the quote for the painting however, we decided it was too much money, and said not to do the painting (via phone conversation and via text). The painting was done anyway, and though the cost for it was more than we had wanted to pay, it was already done and so we were stuck with having to pay additional money for it (though David did reduce the cost somewhat, which was helpful). There was also a quality issue with the work. However, when we called David and told him about the issue, he came to our house immediately to work through it, then stayed at the house with his employee and made sure everything was corrected. I was very impressed with David's willingness to correct mistakes and make sure we were satisfied. I would hire Rhinosite again, but I would be extra-extra-diligent in any and all communications with them."
