"We hired D&D home staging to do the staging in 3 properties we have had in the market for 28 day... What a difference, 2 of them received offers in 48 hours and the third one in 3 days. We now use D&D for any single open house. We definitely recommend them, beside the great service and amazing designs, the owners are just amazing as the way they conduct business!!"

With a career beginning in 2001, I bring the expertise of an Industrial Designer who has collaborated with civil and mechanical engineers and contributed to the film industry through sets, props, and stage builds. My work spans luxury homes, offices, restaurants, and bespoke commercial spaces. Every project is fully customized—your vision becomes a refined design, a detailed mock‑up, and a flawlessly executed final result. I begin with an accessible design concept so you can preview the outcome before fabrication. I specialize in modern, artistic, and precision‑crafted work using premium materials. I travel for select projects and adapt to any scale with discretion and professionalism. Client privacy is paramount; no past work is ever shared without permission. My commitment is simple: exceptional design, clear communication, and craftsmanship that elevates every space.

"OK. the 2 moving guys were very good, helpful. Ray very knowledgeable about load shift and loading aircraft. This knowledge proved very helpful in my move, as well. both fellows were pleasant. Apparently, the company is undergoing rapid growth and suffering from growing pains and communication not the greatest internally. Luis/operations was excellent on the phone. I had to repeat same instructions to both movers innumerable times. However, I think it is understandable as the apartment was in chaos. 4hours packing deal was $416, I believe; then the total was under the estimate ($1500) at $960, thank goodness. I have used this service once before and thought they charged way too much for using their own supplies, so I spent $500 at CheapCheapBoxes (they will refund any materials you don't use) so I didn't have a lot of add-on cost for use of their own supplies. I highly recommend buying your own supplies at that site. They have an excellent selection of supplies. I bought bubble wrap, foam sheets (excellent!), the big rolls of large saran wrap, professional tape holders (very worth the purchase--buy several), rolls and rolls of tape, and about 15 POUNDS of butcher paper wrap! Kitchen boxes which include boxes for drinking glasses. Caution: you will probably grossly underestimate what you need. I did buy House To Home Moving TV box since they could just set my new 49-inch flat screen in their box without having to remove the stand---and as long as they can unload the box, there is no extra charge. They uses several of my blankets and towels to cushion breakables well. They use their own wardrobe boxes ($32 each) but will not charge you as long as they can unload all the wardrobe boxes at your destination. It took from 10am (they were very prompt) until 8:30pm, they are hard workers and work nonstop except for 30 min lunch break which they will take when they leave for your destination. A word of CAUTION: you should be there when they arrive at your final destination because they start charging you as soon as they call you to tell you they are their at the final destination. ALSO: I was quote $120/hr for the workers by Jacob (I believe is his name) who came out for the initial estimate, but then Ray insisted it was $140/hr and I do not think I got a 10% Angie's discount this time. They used a 25-foot truck and had difficulty maneuvering through the storage facility. When it came time to leave, they had to back the truck out. Also, even though I had printed out the Angie's deal for $416, (for the 7/19 initial move of furniture to where I was going to live), and showed it to Jacob the office told Ray Jacob didn't say anything about it and they wanted me to present it again. I didn't have it on hand and the office manager was telling Ray he may not honor it. I ended up paying the $960 (for the 7/22 move to storage) with my debit card on Ray's phone....they use a special app that deposits the money into the company's account then Ray send a confirmation to you via his phone. I got the distinct impression that this company was all about the money and the add-on charges."

"I've used Lisa Marie's services before: once when I was downsizing from a huge, cluttered home and again when I moved in to a much smaller home. She's amazing. She has a gift for for making spaces work and checks things out as she goes to be sure her solution will work for you. She sets things up so it's easy to keep it all organized after she leaves.  She also has excellent taste and has made great suggestions for my new decor. <br /> This time Lisa Marie helped me with a monumental task. I had to sort through and compile mountains of financial records for a legal proceeding. Lisa Marie is as trustworthy as they come so I had no concerns about her handling this documentation. Again, she dug in and created a way to streamline the process. It took 1/4 of the time it would have taken me on my own, plus any additional records I need will be easy to find.  She is as non-judgmental and patient as they come -- a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I recommend her highly and will continue to use her services whenever such things come up. She does it all!! <br />"

"Gina and I hit it off right away. She listened very well to my needs and desires (single male looking to remodel a 3/2 house for both fun and profit). I feel like she knows my tastes better than anyone I've ever known (including myself sometimes). For example, I am very picky about sofas, she found one that fit me like a glove, but still I resisted buying it - spent weeks looking everywhere, and eventually have concluded that her choice was best. Gina provided a book describing the remodeling theme and plans for each room including color photos of furniture ideas. She also completed a computerized 3D layout of the house that I provided her (Home Designer Suite); completely filling out all the rooms with furniture, accessories, and colors choices. (she's also very patient, I think we've re-done the kitchen design at least 5 times - as my needs keep changing.) I am kind of a cheap skate, so I really didn't want to spend too much on interior design, but I'm 100% happy that I did. I'm sure that she has paid for herself twice over by steering me away from well over $2k in bad choices and improving my return on investment at least 10% (the refinancing appraiser [I know, I know] put the remodel at >60k profit and I've spent less than $30k so far into the remodel). I wholeheartedly recommend her (if you can get her time, she's understandably busy these days!)."

"Blown away by how amazing this moving company was! We moved from a two bedroom apartment into our first home. They were SO fast we had everything done in 3.5 hours and everything was in great condition. Shout out to Fernando #2, Hugo & Walter for taking such great care of everything. I'd 100% recommend to all my family and friends. Also, they placed felt floor protectors on all our furniture before they placed it on the floor to avoid scratches - what a bonus! Plus, the next day we got a follow-up call from Veronica making sure everything went smoothly. Great quality of service!"

"The task seemed overwhelming. Luckily I found Janet's advertisement on Angie's list. She is the most pleasant, patient and knowledgeable adviser regarding color selection and all questions of Interior Design. The dreaded task turned out to be an entertaining and fun project after all. I am very happy with all the decisions we made and am sure that our new home will be beautiful. Thank you Janet."

FAQs for home staging projects in Wrightwood, CA

Most homebuyers start their search online, browsing photos of properties. A well-staged home allows potential buyers to visualize themselves living there. Staging can make your home stand out in a competitive market by creating a great first impression both online and during in-person showings. House staging presents potential buyers with a modern look and a neutral design that allows them to imagine their own belongings in the home.

Staging costs are usually covered by either the seller or the real estate agent. Some real estate agencies include professional home staging as part of their services to enhance a property's market appeal and achieve a higher selling price. Other times, the homeowner is motivated to hire a professional stager to maximize their home’s sale price.
