Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. In addition to roof replacement, the chimney needed a new crown and regrouting. Also new gutters needed to be installed. I had received a call from their office staff to schedule installation date and expected time of arrival. The crew and material arrived 7:00AM as expected and work started immediately. Royal Roofing and Siding came out, checked the area, and found that the flashing along one section of the roof had started failing. They showed us what they found before doing anything and explained how they planned to repair it. They removed the problem section, replaced the flashing and sealed everything back up. The crew was easy to deal with and didn?t leave a mess around the house when they finished. We?ve had a few pretty heavy rains since the repair and haven?t seen the water come back.
