"I paid an excessive amount of money to replace the heating system. The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."

"Just a few years ago, we hired Double D to remove all of the old bright yellow siding (40 years old) and remove both layers of old roofing. The goal was to replace the roof and figure out the best options for us regarding the siding. The owner came out, met with us, presented options and associated costs quite clearly. Ultimately, we choose a lovely shade of sage green siding and a gray roof. We could not be happier. The employees were polite and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner (less than two weeks) and still looks great. We had zero problems with Double D. I plan on using them again to update a section of the siding that had previously been covered by a back deck. IMPORTANT NOTE: My neighbors replaced their siding with another company even though we advised them that Double D’s pricing was spot on and extremely professional, with attention to detail. Five months after their siding was installed, huge swaths of siding fell off! And their contractor was no where to be found. That’s when they asked for Double D! You will not regret utilizing Double D and will appreciate the variety of services available."

"I can’t recommend Even Flow enough. I got quotes from other guys who just gave a quick look over and just wanted to sell me thousands in new radiators. Jeff was the only one to go through the entire heating system, cleaning it out, testing the condition of the boiler step by step and correct only figuring out what was really wrong with the radiators as well. A few replacement parts and a massive amount of work, and Jeff got my heating running and able to give me one more year out of this boiler, a complete lifesaver after my literal week of **** when moving to a new home and discovering tons of hidden issues we just weren’t ready to cover. Seriously even the other contractors working on the house got his card. He even made time to come back the next day first thing after usage test revealed everything wasn’t white right yet. He was incredibly patient with me, taught me a lot about how my house works and how to maintain it, and overall I got incredibly lucky to have found him."
