He explained the entire roof replacement process in clear, easy-to-understand terms. When it came to areas where the wood was damaged under the shingles, Certified sent me detailed photos of the damage, then replaced and numbered the plywood so I could see exactly what was done. I received before-and-after photos, and I have to say, if a roof can be beautiful, nine is absolutely stunning and comes with a 50-year warranty! "
