I then suggested we switch the scope of work to something cheaper and he never gave me quote over that until May when I terminated services due to his lack of communication, he completely ghosted me. He truly believes that he is in the right for not completing the dog kennels he started and not even starting on the patio itself. No materials were purchased and I believe he is very much ?Robbing Peter to pay Paul?. The last review I wrote he asked me to remove since we had come to an understanding that he would do the work but again here we are in August and he is ghosting all text messages and phone calls. Promises were not kept and it ended up taking almost a week longer than intended. Precautions were not taken to protect property from unexpected rain. In the end it turned out okay and I received a discount for the trouble. I didn’t come away unhappy!"
