"Best of the best. Our pool is 25 years old and three years ago AnthonySylvan did an entire rework. Last week we had a problem with our plaster in one small section of our baby pool and even though out of warranty item they came today and fixed our plaster and we are up and running again. Awesome customer support"

"Nothing but amateurs! I held this review because I was told, by somebody working for Crockett, that they were going out of business. I am not surprised that my relationship with them ended in a lie. We signed a contract to remodel our only bathroom. Initially they promised to complete the bathroom in two weeks. Not being naïve, I assumed it would take a month. One year later we settled without the bathroom really being complete. This project was marred by incompetence. The first crew had intra-crew drama that we got sucked into. After that, we never knew who was coming or when. Weeks would pass with no work. In the meantime, we had plumbing emptying into buckets, pipe stubs for taking baths but no functioning shower, and half-finished tile. One would think that a contractor with 40 years of experience would know how to set a traditional subway tile pattern. Not the case. Tile had to come off the walls three times (not to mention the time they put the wrong grout color in, tried to grind it out, and ended just scratching all the tiles). Same with the floor tile, which also had to be lifted three times. Incompetent mud and paint crews. This bathroom had to be tapped, mudded, and painted multiple times because the contractors apparently didn’t know how to mud and sand a smooth tape seam. They seemed incapable of getting the shower riser straight when I could clearly see the fix. They blamed the slow pace of supply chain problems. However, the contractor we hired to do our kitchen at the same time completed their work according to the agreed upon schedule--no supply-chain excuses there. They didn’t respect our house; we had sheet rock mud and paint on the floors and on our furniture. Drop cloths seemed to be an alien concept to these folks. In sum, if you want incompetent people tearing into your house, then, by all means, Crockett is for you."

"Mr. Ferriss is an artist, a professional, and wonderful to work with. I had a disaster of a backyard, and he designed and installed a beautiful patio with fire pit, an adjacent garden and gazebo, and appropriate and tasteful lighting. He further added definition and landscaping to the yard. His work reflected attention to detail and customer satisfaction. His work is like he is building it for himself. So much pride goes into his work. We were very pleased with his work and have enjoyed it immensely every day since. You will not be disappointed."

"Ryan and the team at Delightful Gardens was fantastic. We got a few quotes/designs for a backyard project (tearing down an old deck and trying to do something with an area where grass would not grow). Ryan easily came up with the best design, and the price was very reasonable. Once the actually work started, things went very smoothly, and Ryan kept us up to date along the way of any delays (weather for example). We fell in love with his design for our area, and the finished job exceeded even what we imagined. The crew doing the actual install were very friendly, and cleaned up nicely after each day. Everything we experienced with Delightful Gardens is the exact opposite of every other contractor we have worked with. Such a pleasant experience all around. You can't go wrong with these guys. The owner, Don, even made a stop out one day and chipped in! Great team all around. (before and after pics uploaded)"

"I definitely do NOT recommend using Hercules for any project and have not given bad reviews in the past. This one warrants it. They installed a 6 foot privacy fence for us. The installation was slow to start and then quickly finished in the rain. The fence looked good initially. After just a couple of weeks the pressure treated pine boards started to warp both vertically and horizontally. They started to split also. Some of the many knots started to come lose. The worst part is the gaps that continue to grow between the boards. In some cases it is almost 2 inches. The company is slow to respond to calls or emails to get someone to come look at it. After many unanswered requests they finally sent someone to look at it. They replaced a few boards and claimed it was normal for a #2 fence board to do this. They said we should have paid for a higher grade board if we wanted it to look better. After many months of back and forth with various visits all they will do is replace some of the boards. Of course even for that there were times they didn’t show up. We will now hire another company to do it correctly."
