"<p>Crockett Home Improvement just completed 100% renovation of both of my mid-70's vintage bathrooms, and I could not be happier with the results. Owner George Crockett listened carefully to my renovation plans and concerns at the start of this process, and he met with me several times to formulate proposals that would work for me personally. He was always available by phone or e-mail, usually replying within a couple of hours, even on weekends and at night. I know that George stands behind all of his company's work, and that he will immediately address any customer concerns.</p> <p>Contractors Earl Shortridge and Johnny Snook performed the work, so I knew that the outcome would be entirely satisfactory: they renovated both of my parents' bathrooms last year, and those projects exceeded all expectations. Prior to starting both projects, Earl spent most of a Saturday with us, shopping for fixtures, vanities, flooring, lighting, etc. His renovation skills and excellent taste made the selection process flow much more smoothly, and we knew that everything we chose would work perfectly. </p> <p>As for the work itself, I still can't believe that craftsmen can completely gut a 40 year-old bathroom, cut tile, hang drywall, etc., and manage to leave your house clean at the end of the day. They are skilled in all construction/renovation trades : plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, carpentry, you name it. Earl designed and built the vanity and medicine cabinet in one of my baths, and they are absolutely beautiful, in both design, appearance, and quality. Throughout the process, Earl and Johnny made excellent suggestions regarding design and construction, but they always listened very carefully to my suggestions and worked hard to make my plans come to fruition. Both bathrooms are now finished, and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. Every detail is perfect- and I am pretty darned picky. The baths are beautiful, and they fit perfectly with the overall character of my home. I would not change a single thing. And my house is so clean, you would never imagine that a major construction project just wrapped.</p> <p>I can't imagine taking on another home renovation project in the future without Crockett Home Improvement. George has made the process so pleasant and easy, and his commitment to customer satisfaction has been rock-solid. "I had a 50-year-old house with a cinderblock basement wall that had water slowly coming through. I researched the various firms that did waterproofing and had three highly rated firms come out for an estimate. The first contractor didn’t even bring a flashlight and just looked around and said to keep an eye on it. The second gentlemen did provide detailed estimate and carefully explained the problem. Randy, the owner, from Chamberlin Washington provided a similar diagnosis and estimate. His estimate was not only a little less expensive but he looked at the entire house and found other things that could use some maintenance. This is what I liked about Randy – he looked at the whole house and discovered several smaller things that should be fixed to avoid issues down the road. These were all things I knew about already but I’m glad someone took the time to examine the entire house and not just the one issue I was having. We had then not only waterproof the outside wall but also fill the expansion joints in our patio and seal one basement window as well as re-point some mortar joints in the brink chimney. When the crew came they went to work. They also did an admirable job protecting our plants. An old section of of a 6' high stockade fence had to be removed and I bough a new section and the crew was happy to put that up. When they water tested the wall they found a small leak. They re-did the sealant and that did the trick. Randy came out and supervised critical parts of the job. He was great to work with and happily fixed a few small things at the end. Randy really cares about doing the job right. I am 100% pleased with the work they did. I watched over much of the repair and everything was done correct and by the book. Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Chamberlin-Washington and their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"First of all Immanuel George is a very knowledgeable businessman. He clearly described the product and process he was going to use on our driveway and explained the differences in seal coating products and processes. He kept communication on going in order to <strong>seal </strong>the deal!!  <br /> <br /> We have a large circle driveway with numerous large cracks due to tree roots. He filled the cracks which other pavers would not do. The product he used was a thicker product with sand versus a spray on oil product. In addition he would not apply the product unless he was ensured that there would be a few days for it to dry satisfactorily without  inclement weather.  Previous topcoating companies I have had experiences with fit the job in between rain showers!   The driveway looks great!"

The initial meeting with the renovation specialist (Tony) was great - provided us ideas of colours for tiles and coping, etc. and thoroughly explained the costs, process, timing; the contractors showed up on time, were professional, courteous and did an excellent job of demolition, tiling, plaster and clean-up all within a 3 day period. The office staff were excellent about checking how things were going and if everything was running smoothly. This was well worthwhile and the job was done as promised, on time, and with an excellent result. Anthonysylvan built my pool 20 years ago and it held up very well, just wanted a fresh look - completely satisfied and highly recommend this company who stuck to the plan as promised. Pool looks fabulous and I'm thrilled with the results."
