"<p>First of all when I called, I received a return call almost immediately from Steve. We agreeded on a time to meet, he was right on time which was great.  We talked I showed him my newly renovated room which basically has four blank walls. I was happy that I found this company because I didn't want anything on the floor because I just had my new hardwood floors done and it came out beautiful.  So I was happy that my closet could be constructed using wall space which makes it nicer looking as well. Anyway working with Steve was just wonderful.  I gave him my ideas, he made suggestions and the outcome was better than fantastic.  I'm' so excited about my new closet, I almost want to do a break dance. Now I will say that it blew a hole in my original budget, but I didn't know what this type of closet would cost anyway.  It go's back to the saying, you get what you pay for.  My closet is so well constructed, I'm just amazed at the finish product. "He sent the other guy and I think the other guy kind of overcharged us.  <br /> <br /> He got done pretty quick. He bought the new plumbing fixture. The place that he was gonna get it charged retail a hundred and twenty something dollars, we could have bought it at Home Depot for sixty. <br /> <br /> He claimed he didn't have to read the instructions that came with the plumbing fixture and so he put it in wrong and left out a couple of parts. <br /> <br /> He's not very careful with what he does, he's fast but he's too fast and he's sloppy. He took all the extra parts with him and I should have asked him to leave the box, it didn't occur to me till after he was gone but he cleaned up all the, I mean he put everything back in the box and took it away."
