"They gave me a design for a bathroom remodel.  The proposal ended up being more than I could currently afford.  I was impressed with the contractor's knowledge but the designs were okay.  They presented concepts that were very basic even though I had sent them numerous examples of what I was hoping to accomplish.  The final concept they gave me looked like something you would essentially see in an apartment or a house built in the 90s.  I was hoping for something more innovative, impressive, and in-line with the concepts I was looking for, especially given the cost of what this kind of upgrade would be.  I opted not to pursue the remodel.  If I had a different designer, I might consider this company to do the actual construction.  I think the value of $99 for the package was good...I was just hoping for something more innovative."

"I had a leak somewhere in my upstairs bathrooms or pipes that over time caused a hole in my living room ceiling and water was dripping from the hole.  Plumbing Installers came out, inspected the pipes, and immediately determined that one of the upstairs toilets was leaking.  They tried to fix the leaky toilet but found that it had a crack in it and had to be replaced.  The new toilet works fine, in fact I hadn't been using that toilet for years because it never flushed properly - the new one does and it's almost like I have a new bathroom to use!  While they were here I asked them to fix a leak in a bathroom faucet and adjust two other toilets that would keep running after flushing.
The plumbers arrived on time and were very professional.  They kept me updated on what they were doing and any problems encountered.  They disposed of the old toilet and any other trash from their job.  They left the work areas clean.
I would definitely use them again for any plumbing work.  I am also going to have them out to repair the hole in my ceiling.
