"We needed to have Leak Seekers demo 2 chimneys to below the roof line and then repair the roof where the chimneys had been. Also to remove a cast iron vent pipe and patch that hole. Second job was to repair some badly damaged fascia (squirrel holes) and to rebuild 2 rotted trim returns. We had to delay the job until some squirrels could be removed from the attic, and Jerry was flexible about adjusting the start date. The work done was all excellent. Roof was patched so well I can't really see where the chimneys used to be. I was impressed by the quality of the carpentery work that was completed as well, on the fascia and trim returns."

"I hired Jev Jesjunins as general contractor/project manager to renovate and rebuild a mid-1950’s ranch home in Portland which had not been updated since initial construction. During the process we discovered many unanticipated problems from leaking pipes and leaking basement walls to seemingly unending roadblocks with the City's building department. He felt he really should do it because it was on him. I agreed and said ok. Monday October 23 he came to finish caulking and we discussed him coming back to paint and do touching up..trim work around tub and shower..installing a backsplash for vanity which he was going to order..said he would be back in a few weeks."
