Decision was not based on price alone but the text of the reviews read, it helped influence my decision. Good for his word - Steve described what they were going to do, kept the quote given and the amount of time needed to complete the project. (They finished ahead of schedule.) "It went well. Working with Curt was great. A little less than a year after the completion, the sum pump stopped working. Curt came out to replace it immediately. Overall, they did great work. My only suggestion and this is not specific to this company but for all contract work is to not pay the last installment until you live with the end product for at least a week."
