"I had a problem with a broken drainage pipe contributing to instability of a steep slope and landslides. Troy came out the next day to evaluate the problem and come up with a plan to fix it. They identified the Break in the drain pipe and repaired it and then manually hauled In materials to fill the hole and then topped the fill with topsoil and grass seed. They worked hard and did a terrific job at a fair price. . I would recommend them in a minute."

Roto rooter came out, stopped the leak, and put dryers in and left. They returned a few days later to remove the dryers. The technician quoted my mother a cost of about $3000.00. My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."
