"Marquez Roofing provided a very competitive quote to re-roof our home. They came out and did a thorough evaluation, listened to what we said we wanted (product and installation specifics) and then delivered a detailed quote that noted all those details. Destiny is super friendly and personable. She quickly got answers to any and all questions and was always easily reachable. Destiny contacted us a few days before they scheduled our work to make sure we were OK with the timing. On the day the project started, the crew showed up exactly when she said they would and got set up for work. The crew was coordinated and very professional. They had the old roof stripped off before lunch and began the installation soon thereafter. In total, they completely re-roofed our 2500 sf house in a day and a half. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
