We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. "We had a large water leak in our line between the meter and our house. A locator had to come out to find it. We were losing approximately 1 1/2 gallons a minute. As soon as the locator showed us the approximate location, we knew that we needed to have a tree removed to be able to dig up and fix the leak. Sunrise Landscaping came out and did a great job! I thought that they were only going to remove the tree and locate the leak but to my surprise, they were also able to repair the line!! They did an awesome job and were very professional! The leak was about two feet down and two feet in under our driveway. Not an easy fix and they did it without cutting our concrete. I highly recommend Sunrise!"
