"Otto installed over 1500 square feet of Wisconsin Red Oak in our home. It was such a professional and incredible job. Additionally, Otto had to color match a section that connected to the previous wood floors, and he did this to perfection. Did a fantastic job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I have referred Otto to several clients and they have always thanked me profusely. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"Excellent service from the first contact. The completed floor is absolutely beautiful!"

"Fast and decently priced. Workers were polite as well."

"Mr. Poliacek is very professional and knowledgeable. He is willing to take the time to find out exactly what you want. He completed our fence early and it looks great! We will definitely be contacting him for any future projects. I would highly recommend him and MARPO Construction and Remodeling."

"Excellent craftsmanship. Part of our house suffered water damage and Allegiant did an impeccable job replacing the bad section and refinishing the entire maple hardwood floor in the room. It looks so good we?re planning to hire Lloyd to refinish the rest of the house. Highly recommend."

"We had initially tried to use Lowes or HomeDepot as they had special price offers but because the job wasn't "cookie cutter" straight forward they had lots of restrictions and add-ons that made us uncomfortable. We picked Olympia Floor Source from the listing on Angies List and couldn't have been happier. They cam in with a price that was below the box stores and were great to work with and responsive to our needs. The vinyl was laid over an existing floor that wasn't in great shape and needed some patching and leveling. The installer Nathan and his son Noah and friendly and cooperative and the final product looks great. Am looking to use them again for our next carpeting job!"

"Modern Flooring installed new floors throughout our home. They were professional, punctual, skilled, and available to answer any of my questions or concerns. Our home looks so beautiful! Highly recommend!"

"I hired Adrian to replace tile floors and install a new toilet, and he did a wonderful job. He and Pat were punctual, worked efficiently, were courteous, and showed a passion and attention to detail that I appreciated. Adrian suggested tile layouts that I hadn't considered and liked, and handled setbacks in stride, keeping the timeline: demolition was complicated by a hidden layer of vinyl flooring, and the toilet that I wanted to install was damaged during shipment. I would definitely recommend First Choice Grout and Tile."

"It went well , Chris was very kind and did a great job"

"Did a wonderful job painting our gazebo. Quick, friendly, communicative. Would hire again."
