"Absolutely superb. 1. The owner, Dave, arrived on time for the initial review and estimate. 2. The estimate was very acceptable since I reviewed three bids. 3. His approach and understanding of what I wanted was on target. I had several follow-up questions and he got back to me right away and answered all the questions. 4. Date of the concrete pour his team showed up on time. Dave was there to ensure his team understood what needed to be done. 5. The entire team got to work and then the concrete delivery company arrived on time. The issue here is what was ordered was not delivered. This is not Dave's fault. But he worked with the company to complete my project. Sadly the concrete company refused to work with Dave to correct their oversight. 6. The project was completed and looks great. Dave and his team knows how to do it right and respects the customer. 7. If I have another project, Omega Landscaping and Concrete will be the first one I call."

He was on time got the job done exactly how he said he was going to. Cleaned up after the job was done and left my place better then when he got there. "This was the best experience I ever had with a contractor. His price was much better than anyone else to begin with, the work was done with great attention to detail and it looks great! At one point in the project there was a surprise cost DECREASE from one of his suppliers and he chose to share that information with me and let me save a couple of thousand dollars. Usually those surprises are the other way around. He was very honest, hard working and we will hire him again for many other projects."

"WOW! Seriously, J&J Construction did an AWESOME job throughout our Build Your Own Basement program. Jeremy and Dan were communicative, quick to respond, and thorough. I didn't go more than a few hours without a response whenever I had a question. If I ran into any issues with the sub-contractors, they were quick to jump right in and demand replacements / repairs. We also passed our initial and our final inspections with the city on our very first try both times. This is an easy 5 star review. Quick guessing and call them already!"
