His approach and understanding of what I wanted was on target. I had several follow-up questions and he got back to me right away and answered all the questions. 4. Date of the concrete pour his team showed up on time. Dave was there to ensure his team understood what needed to be done. 5. The entire team got to work and then the concrete delivery company arrived on time. The issue here is what was ordered was not delivered. This is not Dave's fault. But he worked with the company to complete my project. Sadly the concrete company refused to work with Dave to correct their oversight. 6. The project was completed and looks great. Dave and his team knows how to do it right and respects the customer. 7. If I have another project, Omega Landscaping and Concrete will be the first one I call."

"Wow...if we had to described the final project in a single word, it would be Wow!  John is a great person to work with on a project.  He did not pushed for anything that benefitted him.  He was very easy to worked with.  His attention to details were more than we could have asked for.  He completed the remodeling as if our house was his house.  He took no shortcut and gave us a bathroom that is suited for a 5-Star hotel or luxury spa.  The primary focus was the removal of the all-in-one bathtub and shower enclosure and building a walk-in shower unit.  Our original intent was to hired someone just to do that conversion while we would do the remaining work.  John's price was so good, we hired him to do the entire project.  The cost listed above was for his labor and contractor's furnished materials.  We did our owned designed work and purchased the remaining materials.  We bought a complete vanity of hardwood with a marble top, under mount basins and matching dual mirrors online from Home Depot for $2100; from Tiles Trader we bought $2500 in tiles, Amazon we expended over $1300 on venetian bronze finished bath fixtures and light fixtures; and from City Glass we spent $1450 for an installed frameless shower door and wall.  Our total cost was right at $15,000.  This was less than the other three bids we received which was as high as $24,000 from a company that would make our dream bathroom.  John exceeded our dream with this remodeling.  We are hiring him to do our hall bath as well.  It is really difficult to put into words on how we feel this project turned out in it final form. My wife was very happy with how John protected the interior of our house with drop cloths that he collected each day and the plastic wall he built each day separating the bedroom from his work area.  We felt so good about John, that we had no problem with leaving him alone in our house each day.  We even took a day trip out of town with him working in the house.  It was evidenced each day on the amount of work he performed during the day. John arrived each day at the time he said he would, and put in at least 10 hours a day on the project.  We were very impressed with his skills and workmanship. You will not go wrong with hiring this man. <br />"
