"Jerry was very responsive. He contacted me within 24 hours of my contacting him. He found the time to conduct an estimate the same day that he contacted us. We enjoyed talking with him. He looked for ways to repair our front door instead of replacing the front door. This saved us $600 to $700. His price estimate was very close to the actual cost. The actual cost was less than he quoted. He did all of the tasks identified in the work plan, which he provided to me to review and approve the day before of service. All of the repairs look and operate great! The job sites were spotless. We were extremely pleased with the service and will definitely use Jerry for future projects.

"Outstanding work!  I plan to hire them again for my next project.  The owner, Rick responded promptly to my call and was very professional and efficient. He provided a detailed list of what was to be included in the job.  The crew of five men arrived on time, moved furniture out of the way, prepped the area carefully and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. 
Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.  
Very pleased with the end result as well as the 3 days of having this professional team in our home.

"The finished product was better than I expected. It is obvious that this company takes pride in the work that they did. After extensive masking the walls were sprayed on. This was a great rom that included my Living room, dining room, and Kitchen. It was completely finished in one day including trim, base boards, and doors. I highly recommend 4 comers construction. "Very quick response initially, but then dragged on and on. Some of this was change orders/product delays, but most was distance from their office to the home and the fact that the crew worked multiple jobs at the same time. Workers came at all hours of the day and night, and were often tired, but fortunately the house was next door and vacant. Would say they were coming and then didn't show at times. Had to do final finishing work ourselves because it was easier than to guess when they would be able to come out and finish. All the while , the front office kept asking for payments, even when no work had been done since last payment. Disconnect here. Much of the work was ok quality/ home depot level materials, but other work had to be redone because it was done incorrectly (wrong color paint, drain traps leaking, defective. Electrical was improperly grounded on fixtures. Very nice people, but really expensive considering the project as a whole and having a rental property offline for an extended time."
