"My family hired this man, Israel, to do a complete renovation of the roof of our newly purchased home because the insurance required it. This man is very dishonest as he charged $3,500 more than initially agreed upon. He also sent unqualified workers to complete the job. The men caused damages to the siding of the house, which this man shamelessly denied even though there is clear evidence that they were indeed responsible. Moreover, the actual job was poorly done as you can see in the pictures attached. The shingles of the roof are not flat. My family made a big sacrifice to have this work done. This was a significant and expensive project, which we thought we would not have to worry about for a long time. We are now concerned that this will cost us much more money. We trusted this man because he was recommended by a friend of the family. We later found out he was recommended due to the shady business between these two low quality humans. We have filed a complaint and want answers "

No clean up required. Super polite. Answered questions. I will go back to them if I need window work. Mike's glass and tile guys were courteous, careful, neat and professional. All of the shower glass, marble bench seat and marble accent pieces were salvaged and reused which minimized the cost.
