Look no further than Major Homes of Bayside. Major Homes replaced my roof about 7 years ago. Recently, after high wind storms in my neighborhood, Jason Kersch, owner of Major Homes, happened to drive by and noticed a few loose shingles on my roof (I never noticed them). He called me and arranged to immediately have them replaced – free of charge! I’ve been a customer of Major Homes for 30 years. Over that period, they have: installed new windows, siding, roofing along with heavy duty gutters and downspouts, skylights, front door, wood flooring, completely renovated my kitchen and bathroom. "Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch. His quote was very reasonable and I didn't hesitate to give Handymack Services the work.
