We had the hardwood floors refinished on November 19th, 2019, which also included replacing about 4x3 section. I waited a month to do this rating to be sure the work was good. Javier came and gave us a fair and true quote, explaining what would happen, and what would work best since there were some stains in the wood. No guarantees were made that the stains would come out. The other quote we received was from a top company, but no explanation of the work done, or the best options. To be fair, Javierâ s price was also lower.
