"I contracted with Sandstone Construction to install two paver patios in my backyard area. The long, narrow yard with stumps and old roots was challenging, and Kyle was wonderful helping me to design two beautiful spaces that didn't interfere with the natural topography and just invite you to come relax. The attention to detail has really transformed the space, including some stepping stones between patios and a pretty stone step up to the upper patio. The ground work they did before the pavers went in was throrough, and I could see how professional and experienced the crew was at making sure the patios were built on the correct foundation. "After years of neglect we needed a whole new yard and Fernando and his crew did a wonderful job. First they had to remove everything including some trees, weeds and overgrown plants. Then came new sprinklers, new sod, new block wall around planter, poured concrete for a new patio and made a retaining wall. They planted almost 150 new plants, 2 trees and trimmed our existing tree. All of this only took 10 working days just like Fernando quoted (and some of those days were 12 hours long). Thank you Fernando for our beautiful yard we really appreciate it (and so do our neighbors)!"

Conrad was very helpful in helping us make final design decisions, especially on picking the paver block style and color. I found XPERT Landscaping through Angi’s list, and George worked with me to identify what still had to be done, and worked to ensure what was left to be done still worked for my budget. They did a wonderful job installing hard scape and rock, fixing issues left from the previous landscapers, and getting sod and plants installed and hooked up to our irrigation system. George remains available when I need him for questions or troubleshooting should anything come up. They returned to adjust sprinklers, check on the grass, and replace any sod that had struggled to take root. They’re trustworthy and great communicators. I would recommend XPERT to anyone trying to spin up a landscape project!"

"The owner Inri was extremely professional in his work.  We first saw him working at a neighbors house and were very impressed with the work he was doing.  When we approached him to talk about working on our yard he took the time to immediately meet with us and discuss what we were looking to do with our property. He quickly followed up with a proposal in a few days and sat down with us to review and discuss what was included in the proposal.  He made numerous suggestions to us based on our conversations and was very open to the ideas that we had.  He was very informative on what plants would work and not work in our hot desert climate.  He researched some of the plants that we were looking at that he was unfamiliar with and was able to direct us on their selection.  He took pictures of our yard and was able to generate views showing the proposed plantings and layout.

When we came to an agreement on the plan he was able to give us a good schedule as to when he could start the work and how long it would take.

His team of workers arrived at the expected time and worked full days even in the very hot weather.  They were extremely professional and friendly and were able to answer most questions that we had.  As we redid the entire property the work did take some time.  The first step was to install the paver patio and concrete walk down the side yard.  The workmanship was excellent and were were very please with the final result. 

There was a large amount of landscaping materials that were brought on site.  At the end of every workday they cleaned up completely and left the property in a very neat manner.

Along the way we made a few minor changes.  Inri worked within our budget so as to never ask for additional money.  We did make one major change and he was very reasonable in the cost for this additional work.

We were totally please with the results.  Since the completion of the project he has come back to see how the plants are doing and is ready to assist in any items that we may need."

"Jeff Goldman is to home patios as Pavarotti is to opera. He is an artist that is unique in this industry. In need of a new deck, I called three different contractors. One never returned my call. One came out and showed me what I considered to be inferior materials for the project. The last contractor to come out was Jeff. Not only was he on time, but he came prepared. Samples of nearly component that go into a patio cover. Prices. Ideas: originally, we were going to just replace the deck. But Jeff suggested another way to go, that would in effect increase the utility of the downstairs patio. Great idea. And great execution, now that it is built. Jeff?s crew is polite, and they leave a clean worksite at the end of the day. Jeff is involved in every stage of the process, and we had a final ?walk-through inspection? prior to final payment. Jeff knows this business thoroughly (it is a family business), and it is clear that he enjoys what he does. He has a showroom in Tustin that is worth going to for ideas. Patios by B&B receives my highest rating. If you need a patio, deck, or anything patio related, Jeff should be your first contact."
