"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope.
