Prior to him, another contractor has asked me to change a much larger portion of the roof with a high cost estimate but John felt that the only a part of roof needed to be repaired. His pricing was reasonable. Came back with his crew and did a fantastic job. His men did not fix a small part of the wall shingle properly. John came back again and fixed it promptly. Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. He talked a great deal about himself ,family and his roofing experience so we hired him. I was a little disappointed we never received the formal typed contract.
